Our district’s mission statement is “Elgin ISD changes lives”. We keep that in mind in everything we do, and our innovation proposal is no different. The members of our innovation team work to promote our “why” in not only their own classes, but across the district. We truly believe the importance of teaching our students to become independent thinkers and to use technology as a tool for real world learning. This will prepare our students prepare for the future and will truly change their lives.
